Culinary indulgence with Sandra Gwiasda
During the retreat you will receive culinary guidance from Sandra, an experienced seminar cook with a shamanic background. Sandra will provide us with her creative and nourishing preparation of vegetarian dishes that both delight the palate and promote well-being.

Intolerances are taken into account.

Shortly before the retreat, we arrange car pools among the participants as far as possible.
