Summary

Become part of the change that is happening right now, live from your essence, and foster meaningful connections... A next step for everyone who refuses to be held back.

By now, it has long been clear to all of us that the world is changing rapidly. And we all have the task of changing along with it. Yet this upheaval, which we can see everywhere, brings with it—in the initial phase—not only curiosity but also a great deal of uncertainty. And the greatest uncertainties stem from within ourselves. These are the uncertainties we have been carrying around for a very long time, arising from natural life situations that we encounter every day. There is the supervisor who projects their insecurities onto their colleagues, the insecurities passed down from parents to children, from partner to partner—everywhere where people interact with one another. And we must go even further, because all the insecurities affecting the collective influence our well-being, our actions, and our thinking.

This means that we must adapt. No matter which corner we look into, we will have to adapt everywhere. We must find new values and guidelines. And the question that arises here is: with all of this, can we still be that individual person, that “I AM”...? Can we navigate all these changes with confidence and transform the previous “I AM” into an “I IN BEING”? Or will we grow weary of the changes and find life unbearable? Do we experience ourselves in this latent unbearability of being, which gnaws at us unconsciously? And perhaps you are already familiar with this gnawing. Dissatisfaction, mental and physical strain, feeling rushed and overwhelmed—these are just a small part of it. There is no trace of the lightness of being. So we constantly chase after happiness, never satisfied, and at the end of the day we often find ourselves in a clouded state of mind. But just because this is how most people feel, we shouldn’t regard it as normal.

We have always had a right to be happy, and people have always sought it! Yet conversely, we also have a duty to be happy—and who else but ourselves could take responsibility for that? And this is where the wheat is usually separated from the chaff, because doing something to achieve this happiness is always more difficult than wishing for it from others or from fate, or even demanding it. Believe me, being happy is no easy feat, but when we let our being be guided by happiness, it fills us completely.

If this resonates with you, then we invite you to become part of this transformation that is currently taking place all around us. And in times like these, we should not forget that the lightness of being is the magical side of life…

We will work through 3 modules comprising a total of 9 themed sessions. All sessions must take place in person. Participants will receive individual online support as needed. Given the time required for this kind of individuation process, it is difficult to specify a concrete timeframe for the support.

Prerequisites for participating in this process include a history of intensive meditation practice, the ability for self-reflection, and an understanding of spiritual, psychological, and emotional interconnections.

Module 1 Seminars 1–3
In the first part, we lay the foundation, which is solely about becoming familiar with active and passive meditation techniques. During the training, we will explore 8 different active meditations through intensive personal practice.

Module 2 Seminars 4–6
Another very essential aspect of the training is dealing with primal fears and their effects on our current existence. How did they arise, how do I deal with them, and what makes it so difficult to let go of them? In this way, we gradually approach our patterns of thought and feeling, recognizing them as our own. It is usually these unconscious patterns and structures that ultimately prevent us from accepting ourselves as we are. Yet it is precisely the act of making these mechanisms and dirty tricks visible that is the prerequisite for recognizing what harms us and makes reconciliation with life possible in the first place. We ask ourselves the questions “Who is to blame?” and “Why are certain things the way they are—or aren’t?” less and less, and slowly come to understand the sense and nonsense in them.

Module 3 Seminars 7–9
The way we experience and process meditations is a highly sensitive area… Mindfulness and how we deal with what we experience allow us to slowly become authentic. We acknowledge our weaknesses and reconcile ourselves with WHAT is happening RIGHT NOW. Experiencing HUMILITY and SURRENDER to and within the present moment are existential and open up the space within us where meditation can take place. Experiencing this is not only helpful for all those who wish to share their experiences, but also forms the basis for meaningful work with oneself and others. For daily interaction in both professional and private spheres, the practice of meditation and mindfulness is of great humanistic significance. Through them, we cultivate true self-responsibility and self-determination within ourselves, without succumbing to narcissistic illusions.
We incorporate various approaches from humanistic psychology, such as Gestalt work, bioenergetics, breathing techniques, IFS (Inner Family System), psychoanalysis, neurological connections in meditation according to Ken Wilber and Gerald Hüther, the phenomenology of the 7-stage development according to Wilfried Nelles, and MBSR according to Jon Kabat-Zinn—this is mentioned to give you an overview of the content.
