A real chance to find peace and quiet. Walking meditation, Qi Gong and yoga support meditation and offer a good balance. The setting and atmosphere were very good. I would love to come back.

Not for beginners! As I had no experience at all with meditation and on the very first day, without any instruction on how you can/should/must sit for 50 minutes(!) twice in a row, with a 20-minute break in between, I was just busy enduring my pain. Since this was also the beginning of silence, it was not possible to ask questions or get information. I then decided to find out more on the internet and spent the days looking for rooms where I could practise on my own. The good thing was that there were enough empty rooms, including seating materials. It was not possible for me to take part in walking meditation at 30° in the sun, as I am not physically fit enough to do so without suffering serious damage. I enjoyed the accommodation in the single room in the middle building. As the first meditation was at 5:20 am and the end of the evening satsang was 9:00 pm, the sleep phase was too short for me. So, as I was unable to attend the seminar itself due to incapacity, I arranged my own times. Nevertheless, the silent time, without any media and bumbling meditation sessions, provided me with the answer to my question of how to live everyday life in mindfulness and do every activity with devotion and thus live as much as possible in the here and now. In addition, I have learned to limit communication to the essentials, as clearer perception means there is no need to "ramble on". An unexpected additional benefit. I hope that my experiences will be useful to other people in their decision-making.

I was given a very friendly welcome, the room was ok, the food was very tasty. The wide range of offers were individual and suited my state of mind. The yoga teachers were all very accommodating and I could feel their desire to pass on the yoga teachings in every lesson. I would like to thank them for the experiences I was able to have this week.

Despite the size, it was a wonderful place to relax and find inner peace. With the range of courses, there is something for everyone. The food was very tasty and the rooms were neat and clean. Yoga Vidya did me a lot of good and opened up possibilities to be more mindful with myself. I will definitely like to come back.

Very simple accommodation with good atmosphere and in beautiful surroundings. Meditation course (meditation retreat) and yoga classes (beginners) were very good. Very nice teachers/instructors. The food on offer was good and plentiful. Now and then a little more variety would have been nice with the hot food. I love rice, but for six days at lunch and dinner...?! Bread and spreads were excellent. Salad also always fresh. Tea and water available at all times and in many places in the houses. I felt at home.

Super spiritual atmosphere, super yoga classes and lectures. Great grounds and ashram. Delicious food, but unfortunately not in abundance. I will definitely come back soon.
