Great experience!

The retreat consisted of a very methodical and varied program, with many practice phases and appropriately used breaks. The balance between input and practice phases was perfect. The structure resulted in an absolutely coherent and well-rounded picture over the entire learning/teaching phase. With her authentic, good-humored, emphatically honest and caring manner, the leader created a very balanced and pleasant atmosphere. Admirable is her repertoire of experiences, which she used purposefully and consciously, from which one was allowed to profit in an amazing way! I have taken a lot with me, am very grateful for this instructive experience, will register again for further workshops and can only warmly recommend this seminar!

I found both the contact establishment on the part of the organizer, but also to the seminar leader very good, smooth and very personal! I felt very comfortable in Jeannette's seminar. She responded very well to me, my concerns and needs. She gave me the space and time I needed for my "healing" and self-awareness. I got very good impulses and suggestions for me....as well for further application at home. I found it great that Jeannette has designed the course so practice-oriented....and you always immediately came into action and the self-awareness was in the foreground and not the theory mediation! A week after the seminar I am still deeply touched and full of gratitude for this beautiful time. The seminar leader has chosen very good and varied methods and these were taught at a very pleasant pace. One certainly benefits here from the years of experience and the top trainings of Jeannette Krüssenberg, who seems to have selected the best of everything and put it together for the seminar. That also makes it so, so unique! Some rituals as well as strategies now accompany me every day and it is wonderful to see how well they do me. The knowledge that I have gained through this seminar and that I now take into my life and into my everyday life, are honestly speaking, priceless. The whole group including the seminar leader was very pleasant, open and benevolent. One could work well and honestly with each other and exchange. The yoga healing room again added to the feel-good factor. The room is beautiful, as is the entire hearty property including sauna, which may be used. The atmosphere was dreamlike. Jeanette held the room incredibly well and conveyed the content informatively, easily and playfully. For me, the seminar was a huge enrichment.
