I would do it again in a heartbeat! There are moments in life when you just have to take a deep breath and take care of yourself. This is exactly the decision I made at the beginning of the year. I wanted to get out and was looking for a soul anchor. During my research I became aware of Simone and her coaching offer in Andalusia. And then somehow everything went really fast. I wrote to Simone, got a feedback super fast and then we got to know each other in a non-binding and very sympathetic online conversation and discussed the possible cornerstones of the coaching. I knew right away that I wanted to do this. And then I didn't hesitate much longer, booked everything and was full of anticipation but also full of respect and excited about what was in store for me in Andalusia. And then I met the dear Simone on the spot. I lived in a small but nice apartment in Torre del Mar and was picked up every day by Simone and also brought back. Many thanks again for the great service! The property of Simone is surrounded by wonderful mango and avocado trees and is quite idyllic in the mountains. I immediately felt at home. We could sit outside in the sun during the coaching sessions, which I enjoyed so much. And then it was 5 days just about me. My thoughts, my feelings, my experiences. How rarely do you allow that to happen? I took so much with me. New knowledge about myself, what does me good - what less. Great and helpful approaches for my personal building sites and a pretty big scoop of newly gained self-confidence. Thank you dear Simone - from the bottom of my heart. It was a real adventure and a journey to myself and I am looking forward to having the possibility to connect to it online whenever I need it. Of course, there is still some follow-up work ahead of me. But I'm looking forward to the process and the evolution that awaits me. In my search for individual coaching, I came across Simone via the Internet. After the virtual meeting with her, my decision was definitely made. So I spent a week in Andalusia in August. A very enriching experience! The coaching sessions are based on individually selectable topic blocks, which are structured in a very logical and practice-oriented way. Since I was allowed to fill out the survey form in advance, the coaching was 100% tailored to me. Through Simone's competent, professional and also very empathetic manner, I felt very well taken care of and above all understood from the first minute. The coaching location is enchanting with all its details and is the perfect place to leave the stress of everyday life behind for a while. With the scooter I reached the location in only 20min from Torre del Mar. If desired, Simone also offers a pick-up & drop-off service, which I also used on the first day. I had a very insightful week where I got to know myself better and received many new tools that I now take with me into everyday life. I can definitely recommend the coaching sessions to friends and families!
