Slow down with yoga, yin and meditation

It was a great weekend. Simin was a great instructor and responded to everyone individually. The weekend was exactly as I had imagined. The monastery is also super, great atmosphere, great park and special praise for the kitchen. All in all, highly recommended. I would love to come back.

The organization and accommodation were excellent. And the yoga and meditation program - Simin really did a wonderful job.

Location was very pleasant, food very appealing and plentiful. The course was super led by Simin.

Very good organization, pleasant people, competent course leader with positive charisma, very well chosen place, accommodation clean and simple and quiet and bright, beautiful garden and courtyard, nice Fathers. For me it was an introduction to get to know and apply Yin Yoga, has given me new impulses. Hopefully I will keep it up to do the exercises daily!
