During this weekend at St. Nicholas Monastery, your mind can come to rest and a path to inner insight and clarity becomes visible.
In our fast-paced and noisy world, we no longer hear our inner voice, so we just function. Here at the Nikolauskloster you can be who you are, feel yourself completely for once without expectations being placed on you, without having to achieve anything. Strengthen your body and mind with gentle yoga.
Yoga, relaxation and mindfulness exercises support your encounter with yourself and others. Yin yoga, meditations and gentle stretches nourish your body and relax your mind, thoughts can come to rest and give you a unique feeling for life.
Meditations, shared meals and the exchange with like-minded people will help you just as much as the peace and quiet of the monastery as a place of retreat. Just as it is good for you. Everything can, nothing has to!
Decide on a journey to yourself.
I look forward to seeing you!

It was a great weekend. Simin was a great instructor and responded to everyone individually. The weekend was exactly as I had imagined. The monastery is also super, great atmosphere, great park and special praise for the kitchen. All in all, highly recommended. I would love to come back.

Very good organization, pleasant people, competent course leader with positive charisma, very well chosen place, accommodation clean and simple and quiet and bright, beautiful garden and courtyard, nice Fathers. For me it was an introduction to get to know and apply Yin Yoga, has given me new impulses. Hopefully I will keep it up to do the exercises daily! Many greetings to the extremely sympathetic course instructor with the right attitude. Renate

Give yourself this retreat as "time for yourself", in a small group of 10-12 participants I can give you the attention you need. We will do gentle yoga exercises that can be practiced by everyone, the focus is on relaxation and well-being. Re-perceive your body in the way that feels good for you, we will train our intuition and make sure that we don't overstrain ourselves. Everything can, nothing must!
