12:00 Lunch, followed by
Time for yourself, resting, reading, unwinding
3 p.m. short silent walk
16:30 Regenerative yoga, Pawanmuktasana exercises
18:00 Dinner
20:00 - 21:30 Yin yoga, relaxation, mantra singing, poems
dream journeys, 5-element yoga
Sunday
8:00 a.m. Mindfulness, meditation in the monastery garden, silent meditation in bad weather
8:30 a.m. Breakfast
10:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Yoga and farewell round
12:00 Lunch
then farewell and drive home
