Cancellation Policies

Full refund up to 180 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 90 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 89 days before arrival, you will receive a 30% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

By submitting this form, you accept the Geschäftsbedingungen and the Datenschutzbestimmungen of Retreat Urlaub (a brand of Spreenovate GmbH). You accept that the contract is concluded with the provider and that the provider, not Retreat Urlaub, is responsible for the service. You accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the provider.
