The retreat was a very special and enriching experience for me, one that I did not expect. The combination of therapeutic support and shamanic elements created a safe environment where I always felt well taken care of. The course leadership was extremely competent, empathetic, and professional, guiding the entire process with great mindfulness. The organization was excellent – from the communication beforehand to the on-site execution, everything was well thought out. The catering was lovingly prepared and left nothing to be desired. The accommodation was cozy and suitable for the retreat. The quiet and green surroundings further supported the experience. I take away many valuable insights and new perspectives and can recommend this retreat to anyone who wants to embark on an intensive journey to themselves. Thank you to the entire 3-person team for this special experience!

Beautiful people, Benoit and his wife Pily. Aurora the fairy in the kitchen, with whom we had a wonderful cooking session. A wonderful village to go outside in nature on the Baou hill. Organic healthy food and yoga well taught mostly by Benoit and others. Meditation wasn’t really integrated and it really depends on who the people are you spend a week with!

Overall a great retreat. Hugo created a wonderful atmosphere and provided many good suggestions. Everything was without pressure, with a lot of mindfulness towards one's own body, simply a very successful break. I can absolutely recommend him and the monastery.
