Vacation offers for Body, Mind and Soul.

I found the retreat very beautiful and relaxing. The lovely Balinese women pampered us with delicious food, whether at breakfast with a vegetable omelette, fruits, a fine cappuccino, or at dinner with either fish or chicken. The daily yoga brought flexibility to the body, and the meditations were enriching for the mind. In the many different massages, one could dive in and let the soul dangle.

An ideal mix of relaxation, mindfulness, and yoga. Our course instructor Cornelia Thiele provided us with a wonderfully beautiful time. We are absolutely grateful. The ambiance throughout the entire monastery was also suitable, and the hotel was great overall. We gladly recommend it and will come back!

A great retreat where one can delve deeper into oneself if one allows it. The accommodation is great, as is the food, which introduces you to the local cuisine. Everything is kept flexible and individually customizable. All in all, a journey that not only brings you closer to yourself but also deeper into Sri Lankan culture.
