I really enjoyed my time overall. What I liked: - There is a lot of nature around, and there was much to discover. Shops were about a 15-minute walk away. - The room was simply furnished and clean. - The staff, course instructors, and other guests were friendly, warm, and helpful. - Dogs are welcome, and there are also cats living there. - The entire retreat is huge and consists of three large buildings. The signage was good, and otherwise, I could ask for directions. - The shop on-site has nice items, but the opening hours are short. - I thought there were "only" two yoga classes a day. In fact, there is almost continuous programming from 5 a.m. to 9/10 p.m. that can be attended. The range is very broad and exciting! It's rarely something unusual, and even if it is, the offerings are still huge. - The buffet was plentiful and diverse. What I didn't like as much: - My room was very noisy. Still, it was quiet because people were considerate of each other. - The "feeding times" - I know this is part of the concept. I like to have breakfast in the morning; I was initially tired and grumpy on-site. I then bought something for breakfast, and it was okay. - The retreat can't help this; it's probably the esoteric bubble - many, many contrarians. I expected this, but the number surprised me. For some, it might take some getting used to that there is no TV/Wi-Fi in the rooms; I found that very relaxing. I will definitely come back; I really benefited from the time. :)

The accommodation is dreamy, and I was very touched from the very beginning by the beautiful energy that is palpable there and by the love with which everything is designed. The food was top-notch, delicious, and tailored to my vegan diet. The support and various offerings were very heartfelt, transformative, rich in experience, and profound. I experienced Lisa Maria in her work and as a personality as very authentic, close, and present. I was able to enjoy a time there filled with valuable experiences, beautiful encounters, lovely gifts, deep insights, and exercises that help me in everyday life to reconnect with myself, to be present in my body, and to build better resilience. What happens there must be experienced firsthand; no words or images can convey it. This retreat is palpable.

The retreat was a very special and enriching experience for me, one that I did not expect. The combination of therapeutic support and shamanic elements created a safe environment where I always felt well taken care of. The course leadership was extremely competent, empathetic, and professional, guiding the entire process with great mindfulness. The organization was excellent – from the communication beforehand to the on-site execution, everything was well thought out. The catering was lovingly prepared and left nothing to be desired. The accommodation was cozy and suitable for the retreat. The quiet and green surroundings further supported the experience. I take away many valuable insights and new perspectives and can recommend this retreat to anyone who wants to embark on an intensive journey to themselves. Thank you to the entire 3-person team for this special experience!
