We felt welcome and at home from the very first moment with the Fritsche family. The schedule was a good mix of movement, really good yoga with Claudia, explanations on how to live yoga, herbal knowledge with Conny, and lovingly prepared fresh organic food from Hans-Peter and Claudia. A dreamlike half-timbered house, very nicely furnished rooms, a great garden for relaxing with a sauna, etc. We lacked nothing, and our girls' group got along wonderfully from the start. A big thank you to everyone for the beautiful time away. It is 100% recommended.

I spent a week at the yoga and hiking retreat with Jan and can wholeheartedly recommend it. I felt comfortable from start to finish. The entire team on-site was incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly. The food was simply excellent, and the beautiful surroundings are perfect for finding peace and recharging energy. Jan accompanied us throughout the week with great competence, calmness, and a very authentic manner.
