Very nice and family-oriented hotel! Newly renovated rooms, very clean, and good food. The yoga teacher and shaman addressed the needs and different levels of experience of the participants. The yoga room was in the basement and was unfortunately a bit cramped due to exercise equipment and a solarium. More introduction to shamanism would have been great, but the duration was probably too short for that. The visit took place in winter. Summer and the possibility of having sessions on the lawn with a view of the mountains would probably be more beneficial for relaxation. However, the wellness area was almost empty in the off-season, and there were enough treatments available.

A relaxed, beautiful weekend. The combination of yoga with shamanism was well coordinated. Dreamlike view of the surrounding mountain landscape. Small but nice wellness area with various massage, bath, and facial treatment options. I will definitely go back.

Wow! What a wonderful week, or rather, wonderful 8 weeks. ;) I could have stayed there forever... I don't even know how to put this journey into words. For me personally, it was a very intense and emotional time. When I booked, I had no idea who or what to expect in El Cabrito. Thanks to all the participants and a heartfelt thank you to Peter. You managed to bring us together as a group very quickly and build trust among us. You created a space where we could simply be who we really are. A space without judgment. A space for laughter, crying, and letting go. Through you and the group, I gained many insights, had many great conversations, and received a lot of support and impulses for my future self. You are such a kind-hearted person, full of empathy, humor, and much more. Your choice of music was so fitting for every single moment, incredibly beautiful and wonderful. Goosebumps moments are guaranteed with the music. I can only warmly recommend to everyone, book this journey to yourself, go to El Cabrito, and get to know Peter and this paradise-like place! :) You won't regret it! Dear Peter, I thank you very much for your work and look forward to more seminars with you! This will not be my last one. :) I send you a warm hug from the beautiful North! The accommodation was simple, but I had booked it that way (without a bathroom and toilet). The overnight stay was very inexpensive. Our course instructor was very competent and very friendly. I can only recommend it.

Super structured. Great atmosphere and location. Delicious food. Competent guidance. A lot of empathy. I felt very comfortable and really relaxed.

I spent three days with Beatrix, it was so beautiful!!! I felt at home, the food was a dream, prepared with so much love and tailored to me. The premises were super beautiful and cozy, also energetically very pure and pleasant. We talked a lot, I felt very heard. Beatrix gave me a lot of knowledge to take with me, and I was able to truly arrive as a woman, as a person, and as a soul. Both the forest bathing and the massage were absolutely dreamy. I can only recommend it to everyone. 🪷🤍
