We are absolutely overwhelmed by what we experienced here. We booked the retreat with coaching, and every single minute was worth its weight in gold. It is incredible how Alexandre can empathize with people so deeply in such a short time, touching them deeply in their hearts - THAT is an absolutely precious ability! Mela enchanted us immediately with her wonderful, warm nature. And every single meal prepared was simply a feast! Now, regarding the retreat: we cannot say whether it met our expectations or not. When you venture into such unfamiliar territory as a dark retreat, it's hard to form expectations beforehand. In this case, we simply embraced the unknown. The darkness provided us with an incredibly deep experience. With Alexandre's prior guidance, we entered with very interesting impulses, and within ourselves, very interesting doors opened. And although we were two, each of us had a completely different journey. However, we would definitely say that it makes sense to book the coaching as it is incredibly enriching and nourishing. For the first time at a retreat, I was very curious about what to expect, and after these 5 days, I would come back anytime. In beautiful nature, surrounded by lovely people and delicious food, I was able to spend very special days full of new impressions, but also with time to find inner peace.
