The creative retreat in Gotland at Kerstin Selle's studio was thoroughly enjoyable: It was a beautiful mix of focused work with screen printing, relaxed conversations during shared meals, and the typically Swedish Fikas, along with wonderful impressions of the island of Gotland during our explorations. We were a small group of four people - and it just felt right. Kerstin guided each of us individually on our creative paths with tips and encouragement. We first printed with her screens to get to know the process before each of us had our own screens for our own projects. The studio is lovely, and the garden around it is a sight to behold, full of flowers and insects. At lunchtime, Kerstin took us to beautiful landscape spots or special places to eat. She knows the island well, and you can tell that she loves it. She willingly shared her time with us during excursions to the Raukas near Fårö, the cliffs, and other noteworthy points. Kerstin is a very attentive and incredibly generous host. Thank you very much for this wonderful week!

The 4-day Vipassana retreat was a valuable and profound experience for me. The conscious break from everyday life creates space for calm, relaxation, and inner reflection. Through the intensive mindfulness practice, awareness of oneself, one's thoughts and feelings, as well as the environment is sharpened. The mind can find peace, clarity can emerge, and one's center becomes more palpable again. I can wholeheartedly recommend this retreat – especially for those who long for a conscious pause, more inner clarity, and a deeper connection to themselves.
