Treat yourself to a soothing break from everyday life - a weekend that gently leads you back to yourself. Peace, relaxation and simple, effective methods to strengthen your inner balance await you in the midst of the powerful nature of the Pöllau Valley.
You will learn specific relaxation techniques such as autogenic training - a proven method for bringing your body and mind into deep calm. Guided meditations, breathing exercises and mindfulness exercises will help you to get back in touch with yourself. All exercises are gentle, suitable for everyday use and suitable for beginners.
The retreat takes place in a small, protected group of 5 to 10 participants - in an atmosphere of openness, calm and appreciation.

Note: The meditations and autogenic training take place in a protected indoor space. Outdoor offers such as "Walk & Talk" or the mindfulness walk depend on the weather - please bring suitable clothing.
