Our daily schedule is designed to help you find a natural rhythm that guides you through gentle movement, deep letting go and soothing stillness. Experience how mindful sessions and breaks give you the space to fully engage with your inner journey.
Daily structure
8:30 am - Morning session : We start the day with a gentle session of yoga, meditation and breathing exercises. This is your time to come back to yourself, awaken your body and clear your mind.
Breakfast : After the morning session, we enjoy a light, nourishing breakfast to energize you for the day and prepare you for the next processes.
10:00 am - GO Process : We dive into the GO Process. This guided complentative practice invites you to show up authentically. We practice recognizing, accepting and letting go. This leads you to inner clarity and lightness.
17:00 - Dinner : A vegetarian or vegan dinner awaits you. This meal strengthens you and gives you warmth and peace.
19:00 - Evening session : In the evening we invite you to a soothing sound meditation or a MEM yoga session (muscle-emotion-meridian yoga) or a special breathing session. These sessions deepen the process of letting go and give you deep relaxation.
Wellness: At the end of the day, you can relax in the wellness area. This time is all yours - to reflect, let go and relax completely.

The process - what happens during this time out?
Sound as liberation: Sound through natural sound instruments and gongs accompany you on this journey. The gentle vibrations penetrate your body, releasing deep tensions and inviting you to let go of everything you no longer want to carry. The sound has a cleansing effect and creates clarity and space within you.
Mem Gong Yoga : In these special yoga sequences, we experience devotion in movement. Gentle, mindful exercises help you to release tension in your body and harmonize the flow of energy. Body and mind come into balance, which promotes letting go on all levels.
The GO process : A meditative process that guides you through the stages of accepting and letting go. Through this process, you learn to lovingly accept what is there and to let go of what weighs you down with serenity. Step by step, an inner space is created in which new lightness can unfold.
The goal: back to lightness
At the end of these days, you will experience what real lightness feels like - the freedom that is within us when nothing weighs us down. You will return with a feeling of lightness and clarity and take away tools to maintain this feeling in your everyday life.
