This individual coaching is all about you and you will be seen and heard!
Each thematic module basically comprises individual coaching with curative education, systemic, solution-oriented, person-centered and partly self-developed methods and approaches according to Simone Singer. Materials such as stone and colors are used in a creative way.

How do I shape my relationship with others?
How do I relate to myself?
What have past relationships done to me?
What cycles and patterns have been triggered by past relationships?
What are the triggers for these cycles?
What connections are there between old relationships and my current problems?
Recognizing beliefs as drivers of cycles
What can you expect?
We will identify all the people with whom you are or have been in an important relationship and their influences on you.
Through constellation work with the healing genogram model (according to Simone Singer), we will show existing cycles in color and systemically and work out practical solutions on how you can bring negative cycles into balance in the future.
For this thematic block, I have developed very effective additional methods such as the No Go/Go strategy and the core system approach to belief system work, which I also pass on to colleagues in "Core System Coaching for Coaches".

We will work out your personal tree of life.
This will show you where you can draw your strength and energy from, what keeps you firmly rooted and gives you stability and security during storms.
During the process, we will identify your resources in your personality traits and work out how you can mobilize them in everyday life using my core-trunk method (according to Simone Singer).

The coaching location Coaching Spain is a finca about 3 km from Velez-Malaga and is idyllically situated in the middle of mango plantations.
