The meals are mainly vegan and vegetarian, but can also be adapted to your dietary preferences or needs.

What to expect on site:
The Retreat Villa—a Moroccan-Bavarian mountain chalet, charmingly surrounded by fields—welcomes you warmly. We start the day with a Hatha yoga class and meditation. A mindful walk on the beach is also planned for one morning a week. Afterward, we can look forward to a hearty vegetarian/vegan breakfast buffet. At noon, there’s time to bike to the beach for surf or SUP lessons, or whatever you need for yourself. A rental car is available for additional excursions. In the evening, we gather again for a Yin yoga class in the Yogadome. Afterward, chef Ana treats us to wholesome, vegetarian/vegan dishes—lovingly prepared with high-quality ingredients that nourish you from the inside out. For moments full of enjoyment and warmth. There is no dinner on Wednesday; on Thursday, we enjoy a tapas evening with live music.

The nearest airports are in Jerez, Seville, and Málaga. From there, you can take public transportation to Conil, where a pickup service is available. You can also arrange for an organized airport transfer directly to your accommodation. Prices vary depending on the airport and the number of passengers. Feel free to inquire about the transfer in advance or when making your booking.
