8 days to unwind on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Gozo

Experience yourself holistically and consciously perceive your own 5 senses for 5 days.
This retreat consists of an 8-day stay (7 nights with self-service breakfast buffet in the luxurious Art Stay Modique) and a 5-day relaxation retreat.
Each day is dedicated to a purpose, which is promoted with relaxing, creative activities. Unwind, focus on yourself and experience yourself and the island through meditation, creativity and relaxation. The package includes all materials 3 treatments (one Indian head massage/one back massage/one sound bath)
2 ceramic firings, transportation to and from accommodation in Gozo, light lunch, coffee or tea and all necessary materials.
This retreat takes place all year round. You will work in small groups of 1-max 6 people. I look forward to creating and experiencing together!

Our ART STAY Modique (MODERN and antIQUE) has 2 guest rooms, each with a double bed, one of which consists of 2 single beds. Each guest room has its own bathroom and can use the roof terrace with the whirlpool and the eat-in kitchen. The guest rooms are furnished to a high standard: Shampoo, hair balm & shower gel, hairdryer, 2 towels and a whirlpool towel a bathrobe and a blanket for the roof terrace, Smart TV, tea, coffee and kettle. ART STAY Modique is located in the center of Nadur, directly adjacent to my ArTELIER (art studio). I myself live 2 streets away and am easily accessible. The guest room TAN-NASPLA was adapted to the theme of the woolen misple tree and TAT-TIN of the fig tree. Both rooms are accessible by a spiral staircase and are connected to the roof terrace, my cactus garden, by a walkable glass floor (covered with a carpet). The eat-in kitchen has an olive tree theme and is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Let Art Stay Modique become a home away from home this week and enjoy all the artwork that surrounds you.

The retreat includes an 8-day stay at Art Stay Modique with a 5-day retreat program, 4 days of light vegetarian lunches and on the last evening a cozy dinner with wine and other delicacies.
All culinary delights are lovingly served on homemade ceramic dishes.
Coffee and drinks are also freely available during the course.

10.00-13.00 Feeling and sensing clay - hike to Gozo's natural clay slopes with mud bath (Gozotan clay)

10.00-13.00 : Painting to music in a grotto with Zentangle technique

Scent quiz and mixing a massage oil and cooking with the collected wild herbs

Day 7: TASTE SENSE
Pick up from the accommodation
17.00-21.00 Glazing the clay bowl with raku firing meditation and cooking with wild herbs. The dessert is then served in the self-fired bowl.

The airport is in Malta and from there there are different ways to get to Gozo
BUS VARIANT:
Bus DT 1 to Cirkewwa (approx 80 min)then 20 min by ferry from there I will pick you up and take you to your accommodation

TAXI VARIANT a
by cab or bus DT4 to Valletta (approx 15 min) then by fast ferry (45 min) to Gozo. I will pick you up from the ferry and take you to your accommodation.
Costs: approx 18 Euro (bus & ferry) there and back

by cab to Cirkewwa (approx. 45min) then by ferry (20min) to Gozo. I will pick you up from the ferry and take you to your accommodation.
Cost: there and back appr €75

Direct cab transfer from the airport to your accommodation Cost: return €150
