Breathe Yourself Free Through Breathwork, in the Allgäu

From everyday stress to the most severe emotional burdens, the breath is a tool for getting to the root of suffering and setting ourselves free. The purpose of our existence is to spiritually re-develop ourselves. This means that over the course of our lives, we have become entangled in our external experiences without realizing it. Whether it’s fears, grief, anger, insecurity, or other burdens, you will get to the bottom of these in this workshop through group sessions and individual sessions (available upon request for an additional fee of €50). A special experience is the encounter with our higher self. This will provide answers to our questions and continue to guide us through life.
Like an onion, you will let go layer by layer through both intense active breathing and relaxing passive breathing. The more you let go, the more the divine light will spread within you all on its own.
You will transform from a caterpillar into a butterfly. This means you will once again experience true joy, bliss, and love.
You will even train your eyes, and you will be amazed at how your vision can improve, often to the point where you no longer need glasses.
When the weather is nice, most exercises will take place on the meadow, by the lake, and in the forest. The entire course will be tailored to the group and each individual to achieve maximum transformation.
Most participants experience a spiritual awakening during this process that they have never experienced before. Beyond the retreat, you will remain in contact with the course leader, Josef, sharing your successes in daily life and supporting one another.
