3-day basic workshop at the monastery Consciousness development I Living inner freedom – unfolding your own potential – enjoying life on your own terms For a fulfilled life, we need consciousness, otherwise we too often remain trapped in our roles, entanglements, and unconscious concepts. We rarely consider how our mind works.
In order to better solve our problems, fears, and conflicts, we accumulate a wealth of knowledge. We think that with a lot of external knowledge, insights, and years of study, we can achieve a higher level of consciousness. However, our logical mind alone is not enough.
That is why this training course is less about imparting knowledge and much more about learning through experience. Together, we want to create a starting point for recognizing our self-imposed limitations more quickly and expanding them step by step. In doing so, we will examine our programming, concepts, ideas, and roles in order to recognize the power of our thoughts and make them work for us.
On this journey inward, we want to dissolve limiting belief patterns in order to develop our full potential and enjoy our lives more and more. Dear Peter, This was my fourth time visiting the monastery with you. After my first visit, thanks to your many insights and exercises, I gained an inner peace that I had never known before in my life.
Before, I had only known fears and doubts, which had guided me until then. I learned from you that everything that prevents me from living my life is "only" my thoughts. With this knowledge and my first step toward inner freedom, I signed up for Consciousness Development II. Each time is a new and exciting journey to myself. Through your impulses, exercises, and meditations, I am learning more and more to leave my comfort zone, find more and more inner peace, and find my way to myself. The many outdoor exercises are especially wonderful and do me so much good.
You sensitively adapt each course to the needs of the group. Every course is unique. In Consciousness Development I, I learned how valuable listening and looking closely are, and through meditation I learned to let go of what I no longer need. I came to Consciousness Development II with heart rhythm disturbances. The topics of taking responsibility for my body and my thoughts came at just the right time. The same goes for looking at old wounds in order to let them go. With your exercises, you gave me strength and support and a spark of hope to believe in myself and my goals. Realizing how healing nature and the silence of meditation are for me, I was able to drive home feeling a little closer to inner peace, a calm heart, and my inner freedom. Consciousness Development III was another wonderful adventure. Recognizing some of my needs and learning the tools to deal with fears has helped me a lot. Sometimes it just helps to dance. I also found my peace again here, which has a positive physical effect on me. Your courses do me a world of good. So much has changed in my life since my first visit to the monastery. I have more inner freedom, more joy in life, more patience with myself and others, a new professional perspective, and I have met wonderful people during this time.
