Join us on the yoga mat. Practice yoga in one of our yoga rooms, on the terraces or on the outdoor platforms. The so-called open program is offered weekly (Sunday to Friday) with two yoga sessions daily - before breakfast and in the late afternoon. Start the day with a dynamic session in the morning. In the late afternoon, the yoga practice is more gentle. Feel strength, flexibility and pure joy. You decide what you would like to take part in according to your mood.

Would you like to go to the sea? We offer a beach shuttle one day a week - three in July and August. Fine sand, turquoise blue water. And then back to the peace and quiet of the finca. Yoga, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, massage and beauty treatments and the option of island excursions offer solo travelers in particular the right balance of relaxation and socializing with like-minded people.
PROGRAM DETAILS
Two yoga sessions of 1.5 hours per day (Sunday to Friday). The arrival and departure days are program-free. The sessions are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners, previous experience is not necessary.
Please note:
The teaching style is mainly Hatha Yoga - the program is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.
The program is taught in German, for international clients the classes are taught in German with English explanations.
