Example day fitness trip Greece:
On average, our participants take part in 2-3 sessions a day. We offer different workouts & training methods. Each day is slightly different in terms of workouts. We offer you an effective daily mix of endurance, strength, relaxation and coordination training. At the beginning of the trip you will receive our course plan - this is the basic framework. Due to the group size and variety of trainers, we can be flexible and will also incorporate training requests on site.
8.00 AM - 9.00 AM: Boot camp or mobility unit (mobility/relaxation) - At boot camp, you can look forward to strength and endurance training. We use the "natural" conditions to go full throttle together. OR you can opt for our good morning stretching.
11.30 AM - 12.30 AM: TRX & Theraband training - At 11.30 am, we often offer a strength unit or a workshop. For TRX training, for example, we split into two groups (depending on the size of the participants).
15.00 AM - 16.00 PM: Beach volleyball or simply RELAX"]If you feel like it, you can put your beach volleyball skills to the test on the beach. We look forward to great beach sessions with you. On one day we will also offer a wonderful hike (start after breakfast)
16.45 PM - 17.30 PM: FitBox or Core Tabata- We also offer you the opportunity to try FitBox on Crete. We will offer our formats here. Alternatively, you can also work out with Core Tabata.
18.00 PM - 19.00 PM: Relaxation session or jogging - We like to incorporate a relaxation session (such as yoga, Pilates or fascia training) at the end of the day. Or you can end the day with a relaxed running/walking session along the beautiful beach promenade. Depending on the day and the previous program, we will also incorporate a circuit on the beach.
The training sessions will be targeted. On some days we will really push you to the limit and in between the endurance unit will be an easy hike, for example. In this way, we provide different stimuli in a targeted manner and fun is guaranteed.
