Thursday:
We ask that you arrive by 4:00 p.m. After checking into your room and a short arrival period, we will start at 5:00 p.m. with a warm round of introductions to get to know the group and lay the foundation for our weekend together. At 7:00 p.m., a light, vegan organic dinner awaits you, gently ushering in the retreat.
Friday: The day begins at 8:00 a.m. with refreshing organic vegan juices and smoothies to revitalize the body and prepare it for the day ahead. From 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., we will immerse ourselves in a powerful session of ice bathing, breathwork, and dynamic meditation—a perfect combination to clear the body and mind. At 12:00 p.m., we take Amanita and let ourselves be carried away by the profound experience. From 5:00 p.m., nutrient-rich smoothies, juices, and snacks are available again, followed by a vegan buffet at 7:00 p.m. The evening is open for conversation, reflection, or simply being.
Saturday: Saturday also starts at 8:00 a.m. with fresh organic juices and smoothies. At 9:00 a.m., a 90-minute yoga session accompanied by sound healing awaits you, harmonizing body and soul. This is followed by a hearty vegan organic breakfast at 11:00 a.m. At 12:30 p.m., we will meet for an integration and sharing circle to share and process our experiences. The afternoon is free for you to spend as you wish, with vegan organic snacks and juices available from 4:00 p.m. From 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., we will participate in a tantra workshop for beginners—an opportunity to explore new dimensions of self-awareness. We will conclude the evening with a vegan organic dinner and a lively party. Sunday:
The last day of the retreat begins at 8:00 a.m. with refreshing organic juices and smoothies. This is followed at 10:00 a.m. by a relaxing QiGong session to gently ease you into the day. At 11:30 a.m., it's time to pack before we meet at 12:00 p.m. for a final vegan organic lunch together. The retreat concludes at 1:00 p.m. with a discussion in which we reflect on the weekend and say goodbye. This retreat is an invitation to dive deeper into yourself, gain new experiences in a community of like-minded people, and return to your everyday life feeling strengthened.
