Summary

In our beautiful KULTURGUTLEBEN, located in the Mecklenburg Lake District, we are offering an 8-day detox program between 25 February and 19 March, when spring is arriving everywhere in our garden, the crocuses and shrubs are blooming and the sun is already tickling your nose from time to time. Take time for yourself and start the new year with a holistic cleanse!

When you book with us during this period and what you take advantage of is of course up to you, but in addition to juice fasting and meditation to clear your mind, we definitely recommend a digital detox. Treat yourself to a few days away from everyday life and feel the freedom of not having to be available. This is your time, only you determine the rhythm and program.
