RETREAT TOPIC
In this retreat with Indira, the focus is on reconnecting with your spiritual power and primal nature as well as with the four elements - earth, fire, water and air. The grounding yoga, strengthening and integrating exercises according to the four elements, guided meditation and astral journeys, nature meditations at power places, drumming & singing, power animal journey, incense with sage, nature meditations & hikes will help you to regain your trust and strength. The retreat takes place in small groups in order to meet the individual needs of each person.

The retreats are led by Indira. Indira is a qualified cultural economist, former management consultant & trainer, health consultant, certified yoga & meditation teacher with further training in energy and healing work.

RETREAT ACCOMMODATION
Depending on the date, the retreat takes place at the Untersberg power source or at Villa Aldefeld. Both locations are surrounded by the Berchtesgaden Alpine panorama and the powerful, energizing and healing nature of the mountains.

AYURVEDIC CATERING
For an extra fee, you have the option of partial catering - Ayurvedic, wholesome, healthy, organic and cooked with love. Vegetarian or vegan food is also available on request.

The sessions take place in the mornings and afternoons. In between there is space for integration and short walks. Or simply nourish your soul in our beautiful mountain garden with a panoramic view.

I participated for one week in the retreat in Berchtesgaden with Indira and Heinz. Already on the first day of the retreat I felt very well. From that point on, I felt completely healthy, could let go and just enjoy life and the wonderful surroundings. It seemed for the week as if all worries and physical ailments were blown away and I had arrived in the here and now. Indira did healing work with me and one other participant in the mornings and evenings. From time to time she also gave individual sessions, so that she could deal with one and one's own problems individually. During the retreat she cooked for us and took care of all intolerances. So I can only recommend this retreat and I am infinitely grateful that I was able to experience this.
