Together we will embark on a transformative journey inwards to deepen our connection to ourselves and to the source of our power.

In a safe and protected circle of women, we will practice Yin Yoga and shamanic/energetic healing work intensively every day with the aim of clearing our energies, strengthening our connection and creating a space of inner renewal. This intensive practice enables us to look at our lives from a broader perspective and free ourselves from old burdens. We will let go, transform and heal on a physical, mental and spiritual level.

Through the gentle but deeply effective Yin Yoga practice in combination with shamanic/energetic healing methods, you will reconnect with your true self and your body - and healing can happen within yourself.

Accommodation

The villa is built in the typical Algarve style with many arches and generously proportioned. All rooms are spacious and lovingly furnished with a view of the garden. The rooms can be booked as single or double rooms. Depending on the booking, the bathrooms with shower/bathtub can be shared or used individually.

There are two lounges for relaxing and socializing, a tea kitchen and two sun terraces with loungers. A pool in the garden invigorates the senses and the large garden with a yoga platform invites you to linger.

Catering

Delicious, lovingly prepared vegetarian food awaits you. We offer brunch and dinner as well as small snacks for in-between meals. Tea with fresh local herbs and energized (hexagonal) water are available throughout the day. Coffee and juices are also available for breakfast.

We are happy to cater for any intolerances. These should be communicated to us before the retreat.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes. The program will be adapted to the needs of the group on site.

Arrival

The nearest airport is Faro Airport. It is also possible to arrive via Lisbon.

We do not offer airport transfers. If you need help planning your trip, we are happy to help. We cooperate with Petra Stehle from Weltoffenreisen, who will be happy to provide you with a non-binding offer on request.

A rental car is recommended, but you can also get there by Uber cab or bus. Shortly before the retreat, we will arrange car pools among the participants as far as possible.

The retreat with Anja in Portugal was simply wonderful – a healing, exciting, and soothing experience for body, mind, and soul. The place there is a little paradise, full of tranquility, beauty, and good energy. Anja manages, with her warm-hearted and empathetic nature, to make you feel immediately welcome and secure. She is truly a wonderful person, and you can feel in every moment how much love and mindfulness she puts into her work.
