Do you urgently need some extra time out? Don't want to have to worry about anything other than getting there, arriving, learning Qigong and taking mindfulness impulses with you? Then come with us to Borkum! With a group of like-minded people, you will experience Qigong on the beach or in the group room, guided meditations, input on mindfulness, mindful communication and stress reduction.
Our island break offers a balanced and stimulating program of Qigong, learning content, exercise in the fresh air, silence and mediation. Group excursions, walks alone or as a couple, time to chat, drink tea and unwind! Everything is included.
You can submit the time-out with added value as educational leave or simply enjoy it for yourself in a week's vacation.

The rooms are comfortably and functionally furnished. Firm mattresses ensure a good night's sleep and each room has its own bathroom with shower.

Catering

Special dietary requirements are taken into account at mealtimes. The tasty and substantial meals are served buffet-style in the white dining room. A very generously stocked salad buffet rounds off the offer. There are always vegetarian options and fresh salads. There are drinks vending machines and a coffee/tea machine, which are available around the clock.

Arrival

Arrival is by ferry and then by island train. From the train station it is about 500 meters on foot to the seminar house. The ferry can be taken at Emden (D) or Eemshaven (NL). It was very varied. The instructor responded to all my needs and questions so that even I, as a newcomer, was able to benefit. The exercises were well explained. We were also given background knowledge. The meditations were well guided. The group was very harmonious. A retreat that I will remember for a long time to come.
