We, Barbara Baumann and Astrid Waldner, are sisters and warmly welcome you to our retreat!

With a sound knowledge of Pilates and yoga, we combine our experience with a shared philosophy: to consciously create space for mindfulness, balance and regeneration in a fast-paced, performance-oriented society.

Enjoy the late summer in Salzburger Land and treat yourself to some time out at the Ritzenhof****S Hotel & Spa in Saalfelden am Steinernen Meer. Look forward to daily Pilates, yoga and relaxation sessions, a variety of outdoor activities and delicious regional specialties.

The retreat is suitable for all Pilates and yoga levels, but also for participants with no previous experience. Based on Barbara Baumann's physiotherapeutic expertise, individual physical limitations are taken into account in the movement units and targeted support is provided.

Full refund up to 30 days before arrival.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

Retreat price starts from € 1,020 per person.
Room prices vary depending on room category and occupancy.
The hotel package (accommodation and meals) is booked directly via the hotel website.
The Pilates yoga package is booked directly with the retreat hosts.

From 01.05.2026: € 550,- per person
