Gentle exercises and self-care methods await you this weekend to give you and your body time for regeneration and relaxation. This allows you to arrive, slow down and activate energy resources. Through fascia work we release tension and detoxify the deep tissue, with Pilates exercises we learn to build strength from our body center and with simple Yin Yoga exercises we can realign ourselves and our tissue.
You can also look forward to holistic organic food (brunch, cake, dinner) and beautiful surroundings for walks to the Havel with plenty of rest in between.

There is a large yoga room with a wooden floor for the courses and individual rooms for sleeping, single or double, with private or shared bathrooms for a maximum of 14 people. There are plenty of quiet zones and lounges inside and outside.

The aim of this retreat is to learn methods for self-treatment and self-practice - and thus to activate our energy resources and be allowed to arrive at ourselves. Through fascia work we release tension and detoxify the deep tissue, with simple yoga exercises we can create a balanced flexibility and strength practice for ourselves and in meditation we come to rest and regeneration.
We will work with our bodies for 1.5 hours each morning and afternoon - a total of 6 sessions (Friday afternoon, Saturday morning + afternoon, Sunday morning). In addition, there will be a 60-minute meditation session in the morning and possibly a meditative finale in the evening - for anyone who wants to and feels like it. In between there will be enough time for meals (brunch and dinner) and walks or resting.
The aim is to achieve a balanced body tension and centeredness - and thus to start well and strengthened into everyday life again.
You can either arrive by train (station 4km away - then by bike or shuttle service) - or by car.
There are a few parking spaces on site - for ecological reasons, we recommend carpooling from Berlin or organizing a shuttle from the train station.
