We immerse ourselves in conscious silence, body & frequency work, water work - in a place that releases you from everything that is not real.
The hotel is just for us, max. 8 women, each with our own room.
Breakfast, snacks & 3-course evening menu included, wellness area right on the doorstep.

Sauna, pool, sole occupancy of the house

🏡 Friday - Arrival & arrival

From 14:00: Room check-in possible

In the reception area: yogurt & fruit snack

Coffee & tea station available throughout the day

From 16:00-16:30: Start of the group program

19:00: Dinner together

Afterwards: Evening round in the group

→ From approx. 20:30: Start of the silence

🌄 Saturday - Silence day

08:00-08:30: smoothies

Afterwards: Program in the group room

11:00 am: Late breakfast / brunch

Afternoon: further group program in silence

18:00: Dinner

Afterwards: Evening impulse / Room in silence

🌞 Sunday - return & conclusion

Quiet morning program

Until 09:30 am: clear the room

10:00 am: Breakfast

Afterwards: final round together (talking allowed again)

approx. 13:30: official closing

Friday, 31.10.25: from 14:00: Room check-in possible
