Summer Yoga Retreat "Yin & Yang" in Germany

During your summer yoga retreat at the Vitaleum, you can look forward to light, fresh, and nourishing cuisine that’s perfectly suited to the season. The meals are primarily vegetarian, alkaline-based, and prepared with love using regional ingredients. Local wild herbs, edible flowers, and aromatic garden herbs add a special touch to the dishes and help you connect with nature through food. 

Day 1 – Arrival and Letting Go: Arrival & Letting Go, Welcome Circle, Yoga, Meditation, and Sound-Based Relaxation Day 2 – Energy & Grounding: Walking barefoot in the forest & morning yoga practice (Yang) for energy; afternoon Yin Yoga session for grounding; Time for yourself: in the garden, forest, or wellness area

Day 3 – Movement & Gratitude Walking on the grass or Kneipp therapy Multi-hour hike along the Thuringian Sea Gentle Yin Yoga session in the afternoon Evening ritual: "Ending the day with gratitude" Day 4 – Connection & Creativity Dynamic yoga practice & Yin Yoga with a focus on opening the heart
