Possible daily schedule for the 6 seminar days (Sun.-Fri.) ,
Times and program points are subject to change (the exact schedule will be individually coordinated with the needs of the group).
Participation in all program points is optional, so that everyone can take as much time for themselves and withdraw as suits them personally:
7:30 - 8:30 a.m. Meditation, guided physical exercises for sunrise by the sea
10:00 - 12:30 Mindfulness workshop
18:00 - 19:00 Reflection + mindful exchange
approx. 20:45 - approx. 22:00 Spirit-free exercise program/evening meditation/we try out different forms of meditation while sitting, walking and lying down to find suitable options for us that we can easily integrate into our everyday lives.

It was a very special week for me. Particularly different, refreshing, relaxing, joyful and touching.
El Cabrito is simply magical. Everything is so harmonious... The food is a real treat, the nature unique, the people so welcoming.
Especially your sensitive and intuitive way of leading the group, sensing what is needed and improvising.
The many small and loving details such as scents, stories, encouraging words, gifts and hugs.
The many special moments we were all able to experience together, such as swimming in the sea, hiking, meditating, laughing, listening attentively, feeling, crying, dancing, being happy, shouting yay yay yay, doing physical exercises together, relaxing, touching, I will always carry in my heart.
The people who have grown close to my heart this week and left their mark are also special.
You are a really great bunch - thank you all, I felt very safe and supported, a completely new and wonderful feeling; -)

Dear Peter, dear mindfulness group,
I traveled with you to this fascinating place without any expectations and I would do it again and again! The week in El Cabrito was balm for my soul!
When you wrote after the monastery weekend that La Gomera was on, I knew it was going to be good. I had been looking forward to La Gomera soooo much.
And what can I say: this wonderful and intense time together with you will remain unforgettable for me.
Now it's time for me to put the tools to regular use.

This week away was unique. The place has magic.
The whole thing was enhanced by your way of leading us as a group, responding to our needs and meeting each individual where we were. You made many inspiring exercises, conversations and discoveries on the island and within myself possible.
It is unique how you design your courses and always find what is needed and does us good.
I came home from this week feeling tidy and calm and, in addition to many wonderful memories, I have a bag full of ideas on how I can use mindfulness and exercises to stay awake, healthy and calm in my everyday life. Thank you!
