What does vacation camp for adults mean for us?
We will set up camp together at a picturesque reed-covered bathing lake between blueberry bushes and moss-covered forests. We will live outside in nature, cook delicious campfire dishes together over an open fire, celebrate community, chill out and swim and set off again and again for various activities, from carving to outdoor games and meditation to night hikes.

Vacation camp means time for yourself and that you can get what you need. With us, you can put away your watch, lose track of time, be active or laze around and find yourself and great encounters with other people. Make the vacation camp your vacation camp. Whether that means ...

Accommodation

We spend the night in our own tent. If you don't have a tent, we can provide you with one for the event (rental fee €15). The pitch rental etc. is of course already included in the participation fee. Toilets are located directly on the pitch. There are hot showers just a few minutes' walk from the site, or you can simply jump straight into our swimming lake ;-)

Equipment: We want to defy nature and the weather with joy, so the course takes place outside and in all weathers. You will receive a packing list from us after registration.

Catering

We love good, tasty and conscious food. That's why we serve refined, vegetarian and vegan cuisine with high-quality ingredients that we prepare together over an open fire. Look forward to chillies, curries, salads, sandwiches grilled over the fire, great breakfast pans with eggs and much more! Water, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, nuts and cookies are always available. If you have any allergies/intolerances, please let us know. We are happy to adapt the meal planning to your special needs.

Our workshops and offers provide you with many opportunities to get to know interesting people, discover new things and revive old traditions - from wilderness knowledge, board games and craft workshops to night hikes. You decide on the spot what you feel like doing. If you like, you can also offer an activity for others.

- Feel like a child again and let your mind wander. We offer you a wide range of options for your dream weekend. It is important to us that you listen to your inner voice and follow your own impulses and needs: Do exactly what makes you feel good! There is no obligation to take part in certain program points or to get up at a certain time. Let your inner child guide you!

- Enjoy swimming fun at the lake: This year, our vacation camp is located at a picturesque swimming lake right on the edge of the forest. So you can jump straight into the lake from your tent in the morning or cool off in the afternoon. Nothing stands in the way of a perfect day at summer camp.

- Spend a great weekend completely outdoors and experience a real break from everyday life. Because in nature, in the tranquillity of the forest, it's easy to shut out the rest of the world and enjoy the here and now to the full. We will camp together, cook over an open fire and tell stories and sing around the campfire.

- Enjoy a carefree weekend - we will provide you with a packing list and directions on how to get there, we will provide all the food for the camp, bring a wide range of activities and (if you like) do a wake-up service for breakfast. In other words, the best conditions for a real break! Let yourself be inspired and carried away on this weekend!

IMPORTANT NOTE DUE TO CORONA:
Our hygiene concept on site ensures that we can maintain a good balance between safety and a pleasant atmosphere. Where we can do without masks, we can feel free. But where it is necessary, such as at the buffet, we are observing strict hygiene measures. Mouth and nose protection, hand disinfection and social distancing also have their place in the wilderness.

Arrival

We offer the possibility to distribute the contact details of the participants among all participants before the event so that you can form carpools. Please let us know when booking if you would like to try to form a carpool and if your contact details can then be shared with other participants before the event. In exceptional cases and after consultation, we can also shuttle from the nearest train station.

This retreat vacation at the summer camp in Rosenberg was the best decision I made in my search for a way to escape the daily grind. To find new strength and confidence for the future in and with nature. Although I was a little skeptical about my age of 65, as I was far older than the average age of the other participants. But it didn't matter at all, because every participant and our wilderness educators Maike and Nils made sure that everyone felt well looked after. I haven't felt as comfortable in a long time as I did in this harmonious community of people who gave me an unforgettable time in harmony with nature. I can recommend this "Treffpunkt draußen" vacation camp to anyone. I would also like to treat myself to this time out in the future and will certainly take part again next year. I am happy and grateful to have had this wonderful experience.

I participated in the summer camp for adults in July 2023. It was fantastic, wonderful, great, legendary, gigantic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The campsite was wonderful, the surroundings, the nature beautiful; located right by the lake and the forest. The organization was great. The teamer were super nice and warm. Individual needs were taken care of. The vegetarian food was very tasty. There was also tea, coffee and fruit, nuts and cookies or cake all the time. The offered activities and possibilities were manifold: campfire, carving, hiking, handicrafts, yoga, meditation, night hike, swimming in the lake, stick bread, making music, reading Bravo, scavenger hunt, lying in the hammock, board games, lazing around, cross-country games.... there was really something for everyone. The activities were adapted to the needs of the group. The atmosphere was warm, open, tolerant and respectful. There was a peaceful and considerate coexistence. The time frame was flexible. Breakfast and dinner always took place at about the same time. The rest of the day could be spent as one wished; there was no obligation to participate in the group activities. It was a very successful summer camp! I went home with many new impressions, experiences, ideas and inspiration. And with new friendships. It was a fantastic vacation. I will go again next year!
