A weekend away from everyday life, an intensive immersion in the world of yoga:
4 x yoga class - you can choose between beginner, intermediate and advanced level (Fridays 4.30pm, Saturday 9.15am and 4.15pm, Sunday 9.15am). With initial and deep relaxation, preliminary exercises, yoga postures, breathing exercises.
4 x meditation - guided or silent, of your choice (in the evening and morning)
6 x lectures and workshops - thorough introduction to holistic yoga, structure and effects of yoga exercises, the spiritual dimension of yoga, introduction to meditation (Friday evening, Saturday morning, noon and evening, Sunday morning and noon)

07.00 a.m. Meditation, mantra chanting, short reading, lecture

The rooms are available from 15:00. At 16:30 (Fri./Sun., other days: 16:15) there is a yoga class and at 18:00 dinner (both free of charge or included). Weekend seminars end on Sunday at approx. 14:30/15:00, longer seminars on the last day after brunch at approx. 12:00.
