Thursday from 15:00: Check-In
Arrival at the hotel in the afternoon
17:00 - 18:00: Welcome and first yoga class
Welcome and getting to know the other participants and the yoga teacher. First yoga class in the afternoon to relax and get in the mood for the weekend
From 19:00: Dinner together
Dinner together with a healthy 3-course menu (also with vegetarian options)
Friday 07:45 - 09:00: Good morning yoga
Early morning yoga to start the day and mobilize the body
from 09:00: Breakfast
Healthy breakfast with regional ingredients
from 11:30 a.m.: Guided hike
Guided hike through the picturesque landscape of the Sauerland. Lunch outdoors (picnic) or return to the retreat for a lighter meal at the hotel (not included)
from 15:30: Yoga session
Afternoon yoga session for strengthening and flexibility. THEN free time to relax.
from 19:00: Dinner together (optional)
Dinner together - if you feel like it, you can go to a local restaurant. Or simply stay longer in the wellness area and have a bite to eat in the hotel. Just as you like (also with a vegetarian choice)
Saturday 08:00 - 09:00: Functional workout
Functional workout for more energy & power
Early morning yoga to start the day and mobilize the body
from 09:00: Breakfast
Healthy breakfast with regional ingredients
from 11:30 a.m.: Yoga
Lunch session to mobilize the body
from 15:30: Yoga session
Afternoon yoga session for strengthening and flexibility. THEN free time to relax

Sunday 08:00 - 09:00: Good Morning Yoga
Morning yoga for energy and alignment. Reflection and exchange about the experiences of the weekend
