Is everything just too much right now? Are you feeling overwhelmed? Are your thoughts spinning and you've lost perspective? Can't go on like this? Need clarity, need to get out and tackle things? 1:1 hiking coaching can support you if you: - suffer from chronic stress that is negatively affecting your life
- are facing professional challenges that you would like to view with some distance - need to overcome relationship challenges, whether in friendships, family, or partnerships - have gone through a breakup or divorce that has taken a lot out of you and you are now ready to move on - are facing a transition in your life, such as a move, a new job, or a family change
- you want to find yourself again, clarify your goals, or rethink the direction of your life Why 1:1 hiking coaching makes sense: There are issues that you can rack your brains over for weeks. You feel like you've thought through every angle and sought advice from all the important people in your life. And yet you still can't find clarity.
Coaching can lead to new insights with the help of professional methods and conversation techniques. As a psychosocial counselor, I act as a sounding board and bring in new perspectives that help you organize your thoughts in a structured way and take a step forward. How does 1:1 hiking coaching work? We meet at my practice and set off together to our hiking starting point. We can also meet directly there. Accompanied by exercises and methods tailored to your needs from the fields of systemic coaching, mental training, and life and social counseling, we spend the day hiking together on a mountain or in a gorge. This change of scenery gives you a different perspective and the necessary distance. I also accompany you during the outdoor part with various methods and exercises.
So that we can work intensively right from the start, I will send you preparatory materials before your 1:1 hiking coaching session. Afterwards, you will receive further reflection materials so that you can continue working effectively after our day together.
Why with me? I am Stefanie Doppler, psychosocial counselor, systemic coach, mental trainer, educator, social worker, and mountain hiking guide. I have many years of experience in the psychosocial field and work independently as a life and social counselor, as well as a management consultant, combining my services with exercise in nature.
I offer 1:1 hiking coaching to support you in challenging times. I give you the time and space for your emotions, goals, desires, and needs, and accompany you in a structured way on the path to sorted thoughts and clarity.
