Is everything just too much at the moment? Is everything going over your head? Your thoughts are spinning and you've lost your perspective? Things can't go on like this for you? Do you need clarity, do you need to get out and tackle things?
1:1 Wander-Coaching can support you if you:
- are suffering from chronic stress that is having a negative impact on your life
- are facing professional challenges that you would like to look at from a distance
- have to overcome relationship challenges, be it in friendships, family or partnerships
- have gone through a separation or divorce that has taken a lot out of you and you are now ready for a new direction
- you are facing a transition in your life, such as a move, a new job or a family change
- you want to find yourself again, clarify your goals or rethink the direction of your life
Why 1:1 itinerant coaching makes sense:
There are topics that you rack your brains over for weeks. It feels like you've thought through every angle and sought advice from all the important people. And yet you still can't find clarity.
Coaching can lead to new insights with the help of professional methods and discussion techniques. As a psychosocial counselor, I act as a space for reflection and bring in new perspectives that help you to sort out your thoughts in a structured way and take a step forward.
How does the 1:1 walk coaching work?
We meet at my practice and set off together to our hiking starting point. We can also meet directly there. Accompanied by exercises and methods from the fields of systemic coaching, mental training and life and social counseling that are tailored to you, we spend the day hiking together on a mountain or in a gorge.
This change of scenery gives you a different perspective and the necessary distance. I will also accompany you with various methods and exercises during the outdoor part.
So that we can work intensively right from the start, I will send you preparatory documents before your 1:1 hiking coaching session. Afterwards, you will receive further reflection documents so that you can continue to work well after our day together.
