Thursday evening - Arrival, vegetarian dinner together, arrival.
Friday & Saturday - Intensive process with silence, reframing, meditation, reflection, yoga, mindful physical exercises, nature experiences and conscious breaks. Organic, vegetarian food strengthens and nourishes you.
Sunday - winding down, farewell and a conscious new start in life.

The SegensReich was created with a lot of love by the owners themselves. Predominantly natural materials were used. Three tons of clay were used in the sacred space and worked into the floor by creative hands. The sky is anchored by consciousness, the earth is sanctified, thus creating unity. The element of fire, transformation, is also present there. End the day around the campfire. As well as the water, which purifies and revitalizes, in the form of a natural swimming pond, the nearby waterfall and in the form of pure and energized water to drink. The air that surrounds you gives you the inspiration and messages you need to take the next step.
Single, twin and triple rooms or a separate apartment are available.

We offer organic, vegetarian/vegan full board.
We handle this in a very uncomplicated way, partly pre-cooked and the rest we prepare together.
