Arrival Day/Start of the Training:
Please arrive by 6:00 p.m. at the latest.
Check-in is available starting at 1:00 p.m.; rooms are available starting at 3:00 p.m.
4:30 p.m. Opportunity to participate in a yoga class: asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), deep relaxation.
6:00 PM Dinner.
7:00 PM Actual start of the training with meditation, mantra chanting, introductions, and a lecture.
Daily schedule starting on the 2nd day:
6:00 AM – 8:30 AM Morning meditation, mantra chanting, lecture
8:45–11:05 a.m. Asanas, pranayama, deep relaxation:
Yoga class, separate sessions for advanced, intermediate, and gentle levels
11:05 a.m. Breakfast/lunch. Karma yoga (volunteer work, approx. 45 min.). Study time (approx. 45 min.). Break
2:00 - 3:45 PM Lecture/workshop
4:00 - 6:10 PM Asana, pranayama, and deep relaxation teaching techniques and personal teaching experience in small groups
6:10 PM Dinner

8:00 - 10:10 PM Evening meditation, mantra chanting, lecture
Friday: Half-day off
6:00 a.m. Meditation, mantra chanting, lecture
Free time from approx. 9:00/10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Due to the intensity of the training, it is not possible to arrive later, depart earlier, or miss a day in between. Participation in all courses, lectures, and workshops, including morning and evening meditation with mantra chanting, is mandatory and a prerequisite for certification. Meat, fish, eggs, tobacco, and alcohol are not permitted during the training.
The training is intensive and requires discipline. Full participation in all classes, lectures, and workshops is mandatory. Meat, fish, eggs, tobacco, alcohol, and drugs are not permitted during the training. We recommend reading “The Big Illustrated Book of Yoga” before the training begins.
