8:00 p.m. Meditation, mantra chanting, lecture Due to the intensity of the training, it is not possible to arrive later or leave earlier, or to miss a day in between. Participation in all courses, lectures, and workshops, including morning and evening meditation with mantra chanting, is mandatory and a prerequisite for certification. Meat, fish, eggs, tobacco, and alcohol are not permitted during the training. The training is intensive and requires discipline.
