A weekend that grounds you -
and brings you back to what really matters.
Two days of mindful hiking in a small, intimate group.
Silence, closeness to nature, small rituals and meditation.
Exchange - or simply walking together.
Space for you. Space for encounters.
We are in a special place in nature,
walk at a slow, conscious pace,
listen, breathe, feel - with all our senses.
Magical Hiking WeekEnd -
for all those who long for simplicity, depth and tranquillity
in the golden light of fall.
Program:
The Magical Hiking WeekEnd takes place from October 24 to 26, 2025 in the beautiful Waldviertel - embedded in the magical landscape around the Lohnbach Falls and the Großer Kamp.
We will be staying in two simple, cozy apartments with double rooms (one bathroom per apartment).
The atmosphere is warm, simple and communal - we cook together, eat together and spend the weekend together in a friendly atmosphere.
On both days, after a leisurely breakfast, we start with a silent hike, which is opened by a small incense ritual - as an invitation to arrive in the here and now.
During the hike, we immerse ourselves in silence and mindful walking, accompanied by moments of nature awareness and short meditations.
At the end of each hike, we come together in the Sharing Circle - a protected space in which we can, but do not have to, share our experiences.
The hikes are around 10 km long - meditative hiking is mindful and decelerating, the focus is not on the sporting aspect, but on conscious walking. Nevertheless, it is important to know: Hiking in nature - whether in the forest or in the mountains - entails different requirements than a walk in the city.
A certain degree of surefootedness is necessary to participate safely and the right equipment is important (especially shoes!). Your fitness level, on the other hand, does not need to be as good, as we walk slowly and take frequent breaks.
If your heart is in it,
if you want time for silence, nature and inner clarity -
then you are cordially invited to join us.
Magical Hiking WeekEnd
A weekend that reminds you
how healing it is to simply walk.
In nature. In community. With you.
