Each day, you'll be nourished with fresh, organic juices made from local or seasonal fruits and vegetables—rich in essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to support your body during the fast. Detoxifying herbal teas are available throughout the day. You’ll also receive continuous guidance and practical tips to make the most of your fasting journey.
But this retreat goes far beyond the physical. It also offers a safe, supportive space for mental and emotional renewal.
Relaxation & Detox Through Massage and Steam
You'll experience a unique detox massage that blends lymphatic drainage, colon massage, Thai techniques, and deep tissue work. This powerful combination supports both physical and emotional detoxification, relieves stress, improves flexibility, and enhances your overall sense of well-being.
This holistic treatment supports the body’s natural fasting processes—helping flush out toxins and improve oxygen delivery to your cells—while also encouraging a deeper connection to your body’s needs. It gently releases emotional tension and fosters inner calm, aligning perfectly with the retreat’s intention of whole-person renewal.
In our herbal steam tent, blood circulation is stimulated and toxins are gently released through sweat. The natural herbal blends are invigorating and can ease the fatigue sometimes experienced during fasting.

In your free time, you’re invited to wander through peaceful natural surroundings—ideal for unwinding and reconnecting with yourself. Evenings hold space for reflection and magic: we gather beneath the stars for a fire ritual and journaling circle, opening space for clarity and fresh inspiration.
There’s also plenty of time to relax in the sun, connect with like-minded souls, or simply enjoy the stillness. A retreat for body, mind, and spirit—are you ready to return to yourself?
Your fasting journey begins on the Monday before the retreat.
You will receive a detailed guide to help you prepare optimally for the 3-day fasting experience. During a three-day preparation phase, we gradually remove certain foods from your diet to ease the transition into fasting. The retreat itself starts on Friday afternoon, with each day beginning with a fresh juice. Saturday is our second fasting day.
On Sunday, our third fasting day, we’ll discuss the best methods for gently reintroducing food after the fast. The program concludes with a three-day post-fast phase, where we strategically rebuild your diet to gently support your digestion.
Your Host
Talya Yavuz is the retreat facilitator and certified fasting guide who will accompany you throughout your transformative fasting journey. With over 5 years of experience, Talya is a certified fasting guide, colon and detox specialist, and holistic health and life coach. Her deep passion for understanding the digestive system and its connection to overall well-being stems from her personal journey of overcoming severe digestive issues.
Having healed herself from conditions such as fructose intolerance, SIBO, and irritable bowel syndrome through fasting, Talya is now dedicated to helping others experience the healing and transformative powers of fasting. She is particularly fascinated by the profound effects that fasting has not only on the body but also on the mind and spirit.
In addition to her work as a fasting guide, Talya is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nutrition Therapy, deepening her understanding of the connection between digestive health and the psyche. She is committed to integrating this knowledge into her coaching practice, providing holistic support for those seeking to restore balance in their lives.
