Seminar leader:
We are Marion and Bernhard Hötzel and we each have over 45 years of meditation experience, 20 of which we have been working as meditation teachers.
In our own institute, as well as guest teachers at other institutes and as lecturers for NEURO-Meditation at the TH-Campus Vienna. We have received traditional training in Asia, the USA and Europe and are very familiar with the humanistic psychology of our modern times.

With our apartment, we offer a wonderful retreat where you can experience an individual process completely free of distraction. The apartment is suitable for individuals and couples. Meditations, mindful physical exercises and elements from the MBSR training program provide the framework for your stay.
In the middle of the center of Mondsee, you live in the castle courtyard with its long history and meet yourself.

Catering

We eat our meals together and, of course, adapt to your wishes as much as possible. The food is usually prepared vegetarian and individually agreed with you.
Allergies and intolerances are no problem for us. Simply let us know which meals you would like to avoid and which you would like to eat. The overnight stay is also included

CONTENTS and possible daily structure

During your stay, daily meditations, gentle bodywork and various mindful exercises are part of the structure of your day. The days are entirely at your disposal. In this way, inner processes can emerge that we do not sacrifice to a fixed structure, but rather we can accompany and complete each process with you. This is a valuable and very conscious approach.
During the breaks, we recommend a walk to the lake and into the woods. The place with its basilica invites you to linger and the meditative atmosphere contributes to further relaxation. We will guide you through your personal meditation process with exercises tailored to your personality. An everyday program for the time after your stay rounds off this program.

Arrival

By car, train or plane to Salzburg.

From the airport, take the city bus 2 to the main train station. From Salzburg main station, take the Postbus 140 to Mondsee bus station every 30 minutes. From here you can reach much of the accommodation on foot. The center is also within walking distance of many accommodations.

You can reach us by car via Salzburg, Vienna or Linz on the A1. Mondsee has its own exit.

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 31 days before arrival.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

If a replacement participant is provided, only a processing fee of EUR 50 will be charged.
Revocation:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days of conclusion without giving any reason. Restriction: However, this only applies if the period from booking to the start of the course is not less than 21 days.
