Testimonials:
“Dear Peter,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again very much for the wonderful seminar “Time for Me – Recharging at the Monastery,” which I had the pleasure of attending over the weekend. It brought me closer to the topic of meditation and inspired me to dare to try new things in life.
The weekend, combined with the beautiful nature surrounding the monastery, helped me gain clarity and find myself.
My conclusion: I was away for 2.5 days and feel as if I’ve been on vacation for a week!
For that, I’d like to say thank you once again.
Thank you and best regards,
Sandra

“Dear Peter,
I’d like to thank you for this wonderful weekend seminar, which unfortunately went by way too fast and which—for me personally—could have easily lasted a few days longer.
It was a truly wonderful time during which you showed us how to positively transform our daily lives, ourselves, our thoughts, and our perspective or attitude toward life; as well as how to (re)discover the things that surround us every day, view them from a different angle, and perceive everything—including ourselves—more consciously again.
The seminar is therefore suitable both for people with no prior experience and for those already familiar with topics such as meditation or mindfulness.
The seminar itself also took place in a very beautiful, peaceful, and inspiring setting, which allows one to step away from daily life and open up to the experience. This makes it ideal for finding oneself and unwinding.
Every participant was able to take something away for themselves and learn from this seminar—whether it was new perspectives, a new perception of their surroundings and/or of themselves, a change in their attitude or thoughts, and, most importantly, finding inner peace and letting go. You provided us with tools and suggestions that allow each participant to decide for themselves afterward whether something suits them and which of these they will use and implement later.
It was very pleasant that you always tailored the flow of the session to the group and its needs, and there was no pressure to do anything. There were also no religious overtones; instead, you always maintained a broad perspective, which I find incredibly important—you conveyed to us what is truly important, and that it works regardless of religion or external pressures.
You conveyed this in an authentic and engaging way, so that it was immediately clear that you yourself live what you taught us, and that’s exactly what you radiate.
I am very glad that I was able to experience this seminar with you. And although I was already familiar with some of the concepts beforehand, you still showed me, in your own way, how to find inner peace and provided inspiration for the path ahead—thank you for that!
This will certainly not be the first or last seminar!
Thank you and warm regards,

Hello Peter,
Here are a few lines about the seminar “Recharging at the Monastery”:
By nature and because of my job, I’m a realistic, rather down-to-earth person, so I attended your workshop with low expectations.
It was therefore a huge surprise to me how, through pleasantly simple activities—or rather, doing nothing—I was able to experience relaxation and “time just for myself.”
I was able to let go of and process many things during my time there.
– One of those workshops that could easily have lasted a few days longer. I will certainly continue to reflect on this experience.
See you soon, take care!
Best regards, Swen

“Hi Peter,
I’m having a hard time putting into words what went through my mind during the workshop…
I am/was a newcomer to this field; I do yoga now and then, but you can’t compare that to this!
At first I was skeptical; I didn’t believe I could manage to calm down in such a short time, to shut off the whirlwind of thoughts in my head for a while or at least quiet them down… what can I say, it worked!
At the end of the mindfulness walk on Sunday, I felt as “clear-headed” as I haven’t in a long time!
The atmosphere of the monastery, the forest, the meditation, the mindfulness—these three days left a deep impression on me!
Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!
Best regards, Sabrina”
