PROCEDURE - example (times may vary or be agreed in the group)
>> Day 1 / Session 1: 10:00 - 12:30 (welcome & getting to know each other, introduction to the topic of mindfulness, self-evaluation of mindfulness in everyday working life, first exercises, in-depth exchange)
>> Day 1 / Session 2: 16:00 - 18:30 (learning mindfulness techniques and exercises for everyday office life, breathing and body exercises, relaxation exercises, Mindfulness Toolbox for Business Part I, reflection and exchange)
>> Day 2 / Session 3: 09:00 - 14:00 (mindfulness hike incl. breaks with breathing and body exercises, training of concentration & perception, reflection and exchange)
>> Day 3 / Session 4: 10:00 - 12:30 (possible applications of mindfulness in professional communication, basics of appreciative communication, formal and informal mindfulness exercises, mindful listening, mindful conversation, reflection and exchange)
>> Day 3 / Session 5: 14:00 - 16:30 (Digital Detox, Mindfulness Toolbox for Business Part II, individual practice transfer, reflection and exchange)

TRAINER & COACH
Alexandra Gudereit is a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher, systemic coach and consultant and has more than 15 years of experience in management and project roles in the digital and transportation industries. On Mallorca, she finds the best conditions to work intensively and sustainably with course participants on the topic of mindfulness.
Due to the small group size of MAXIMUM 5 PERSONS, she can guarantee a high level of individual advice and support during the course. In this way, there is plenty of room for self-awareness and personal development during this compact period, both for people who are just beginning to explore the topic of mindfulness and for more experienced participants.
