Meditation & self-exploration
November 14 - 16
Experience a unique self-inquiry weekend at the Open Sky House near Cologne. This retreat offers you a deep insight into the practice of self-inquiry, inspired by the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi.
The days begin with morning yoga and meditation, followed by exercises in which you will learn the practice of self-inquiry and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the nature of life. This powerful, millennia-old tool helps you to question the illusory 'I' - the cause of all our problems - and get to the core of your being, where you will find inner peace, love and clarity.
You can then apply the practice of self-exploration in your everyday life. It supports you in freeing yourself from conditioning and connecting deeply with your Self.
The weekend also includes mantra chanting with live music, reflection sessions and a movie about the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi.

"The most important question you can ever ask yourself is: 'Who am I?' Until that question is answered by direct experience, you will always hunger for the answer."
