You will stretch, breathe, slow down, and enjoy—with massage, guided imagery, and sound. A large enclosed garden on the grounds of the priest's house forms an oasis of reflection and regeneration. In this beautiful place and in my yoga classes, you will immerse yourself in the deep experience of all that is.
