Unpleasant feelings or resistance, even difficult situations, are part of life, but over time they lead to tension and stress. Through mindfulness, relaxation, Slow & Yin Yoga, Feldenkrais, and breathing techniques, you will dive deep into your inner self. Hatha Yoga helps you activate, strengthen, and mobilize your body. You’ll stretch, breathe, slow down, and enjoy—with massage, guided imagery, and sound. A large enclosed garden on the grounds of the rectory forms an oasis of reflection and regeneration. In this beautiful setting and during my yoga classes, you’ll immerse yourself in the profound experience of all that is. Relaxation will gradually take hold, allowing your body to finally regenerate, refresh, and recharge. Replenish your resources and return to your daily life feeling strengthened from within.
