Peace & quiet - relax & let go -
Pause & feel yourself - Refuel & draw strength
You don't have to be a Buddhist or sit cross-legged all the time to take part in this weekend. It's all about you!
A retreat from your usual surroundings helps to restore your inner balance and to tap into your own sources of strength in the long term.
Current research confirms the healing effects of meditation on body, mind and soul. On this weekend we will relax together and experience the positive effects for ourselves.
In the pleasant surroundings of a Buddhist monastery, seminar and healing center in the Odenwald, we will enjoy an oasis of peace and the powerful nature to reflect on ourselves and take enough time for ourselves.
With easy exercises that anyone can do, we learn to let go and discover the wonderfully healing possibility of emptying our minds.
We will try out different meditation postures, e.g. sitting (chair, cushion), walking and lying down, and find the posture that suits us best.
We will also try out various relaxation exercises and meditation techniques so that everyone has the opportunity to incorporate suitable exercises into their everyday life.
Participation in this workshop does not require any previous knowledge. The exercises are practice-oriented and easy to integrate into everyday life.
The aim of the workshop is to create a stronger starting point for your own balance and orientation in everyday life. Each participant can put together their own individual "toolbox" from the exercises that they can use again and again in everyday life. For a more conscious life in the here and now, in every moment in which our actual life takes place.

"Dear Peter,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for the great seminar "Time for me - Recharge your batteries in the monastery", which I was able to attend at the weekend. It brought me closer to the topic of meditation and inspired me to try something new in my life.
The weekend, in combination with the beautiful nature around the monastery, helped me to become clearer and find myself.
My conclusion: I was away for 2.5 days and feel like I've been on vacation for a week!
I would like to say thank you again for that.
Thank you and best regards
Sandra

"Dear Peter,
I would like to thank you for this wonderful weekend seminar, which unfortunately went by far too quickly, and which - for me personally - could have lasted a few days longer.
It was a wonderful time in which you showed us how we can change our everyday lives, ourselves, our thoughts and outlook or attitude to life for the better; as well as (re)discovering the things that surround us every day, or seeing them from a different perspective and perceiving everything (including ourselves) more consciously again.
The seminar is therefore suitable for people without any experience as well as for people who are already familiar with topics such as meditation or perception.
The seminar itself also took place in a very beautiful, calm and inspiring environment, which allows you to get away from everyday life and open up to it. This is ideal for finding yourself and switching off.
Every participant was able to take something away from this seminar and learn something for themselves - be it new perspectives, a new perception of their surroundings and/or themselves, a change in their attitude or their thoughts and, most importantly, to calm down and let go. You gave us tools and suggestions that each participant can then use to decide for themselves whether they suit them and which of them they will use and implement later.
It was very pleasant that you always oriented yourself to the group and its needs and that there was no pressure to do anything. There were also no religious tendencies, but you always had an overall view of the bigger picture, which I find incredibly important - you taught us what is really important and that it works regardless of religions or constraints.
You also conveyed this authentically and sympathetically, so that one immediately realized that you yourself live what you taught us, and you radiate that.
I am very glad that I was able to experience this seminar with you. And although I already knew some things from it beforehand, you still showed me ways to find inner peace in your own way, and also gave me inspiration for the way ahead - thank you for that!
It will definitely not be the first and last seminar!
Thank you and best regards,
Doreen "

Hello Peter,
here are a few lines about the seminar "Refueling in the monastery":
I am by nature and my job a realistic, rather sober-minded person, so I took part in your workshop with little expectation.
It was therefore a great surprise for me to see how pleasantly simple it was to do or not do something and to experience relaxation and "time just for me".
I got rid of and processed many things during my time there.
- One of the workshops that could have lasted a few days longer. I will certainly continue with it now.
See you around, take care!
Greetings Swen

"Hello Peter,
I find it difficult to put into words what happened to me during the workshop...
I am/was a newcomer to the field, I do yoga from time to time, but you can't compare it to this!
At first I was skeptical, I didn't believe that I would manage to become calmer in such a short time, to turn off the carousel of thoughts in my head for a while or to make it quieter... what can I say, it worked!
At the end of the mindfulness walk on Sunday, I was clearer than I had been for a long time!
The atmosphere of the monastery, the forest, meditating, being mindful - these 3 days have left a deep impression on me!
Thank you so much for this great experience!
LG Sabrina "
