"Dear Peter, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for the wonderful seminar "Time for myself – Recharging my batteries in the monastery," which I was able to attend over the weekend. It brought me closer to the topic of meditation and inspired me to try new things in life. The weekend, combined with the beautiful nature surrounding the monastery, helped me to become clearer and find myself.
My conclusion: I was away for 2.5 days and feel as if I've been on vacation for a week! I would like to say thank you again for that. Thank you and best regards, Sandra Sandra B., Hockenheim ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Dear Peter, I never would have thought that meditation could be so easy and that the weekend would be so varied and enjoyable. Thank you and see you next time! Best regards, Julia" Julia H., Berlin ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Dear Peter, I would like to thank you for this wonderful weekend seminar, which unfortunately went by much too quickly and which – for me personally – could have lasted a few days longer.
It was a very nice time, during which you showed us how to change our everyday lives, ourselves, our thoughts and perspectives or attitudes towards life for the better; as well as how to (re)discover the things that surround us every day, or see them from a different angle, and perceive everything (including ourselves) more consciously again.
The seminar is therefore suitable for people with no experience as well as for people who are already familiar with topics such as meditation or perception. The seminar itself took place in a very beautiful, quiet, and inspiring environment, which allowed us to distance ourselves from everyday life and open up to new experiences. This made it easy to find ourselves and switch off.
Every participant was able to take something away from this seminar and learn something new—be it new perspectives, a new perception of their surroundings and/or themselves, a change in their attitude or thoughts, and, very importantly, how to find peace and let go. You provided us with tools and suggestions that each participant can then use to decide for themselves whether it suits them and which of them to use and implement later on.
It was very pleasant that you always focused on the group and its needs during the course, and there was no pressure to do anything. There were also no religious tendencies, but you always had a broad view of the bigger picture, which I find incredibly important – you taught us what is really important and that it works independently of religions or constraints.
You conveyed this in an authentic and personable way, so that it was immediately apparent that you yourself live what you teach us, and that is what you radiate. I am very glad that I was able to experience this seminar with you. And although I was already familiar with some of the things you taught, you still showed me ways to find inner peace and gave me inspiration for the road ahead. Thank you for that! It will definitely not be my first and last seminar! Thank you and best regards, Doreen " Doreen W./Hanau ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hello Peter, here are a few lines about the seminar "Recharge your batteries in the monastery": By nature and because of my job, I am a realistic, rather sober-minded person, so I took part in your workshop with little expectation.
It was therefore a big surprise for me to experience relaxation and "time just for me" through pleasantly simple activities or rather, doing nothing. I was able to let go of and process many things during my time there. – One of those workshops that could easily have lasted a few days longer. I will certainly continue to work on this.
See you soon, take care! Best regards, Swen Swen P./Alzey – Sales Manager ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Hi Peter, I find it difficult to put into words what went on inside me during the workshop...
I am/was a newcomer to this field. I do yoga from time to time, but that's nothing compared to this! At first, I was skeptical. I didn't believe that I could become calmer in such a short time, that I could turn off the carousel of thoughts in my head for a while or at least make it quieter... What can I say, it worked!
At the end of the mindfulness hike on Sunday, I felt more "clear-headed" than I had in a long time! The atmosphere of the monastery, the forest, the meditation, the mindfulness—these three days left a deep impression on me! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! Best regards, Sabrina " Sabrina H./Weiterstadt
