In addition to the practical aspects, we will also turn our attention to the theory, learn about the positive effects of meditation, and do small exercises to learn how to be more mindful of ourselves and our bodies. No prior knowledge is required to participate in this workshop. The exercises are practical and easy to integrate into everyday life. The workshop takes place in a small group so that we can focus entirely on ourselves.

What an inspiring and conscious seminar with dear Peter Schuth. I was so touched by the three days - or maybe it felt like three weeks - that I can still feel the after-effects very intensely. I clearly realized how much I had lost my space and found myself again. I hadn't really noticed nature either. This morning I went straight to the forest for 1.5 hours to give myself even more energy. I also managed to meditate intensively, it's so good to be with yourself. Dear Peter, 5* is not nearly enough, because your seminar and especially your company brought me back to myself. Thank you very much for this. Many thanks also to the monastery community, the delicious food and our harmonious seminar group.

The retreat was a valuable time-out for me, where I was able to calm down and find myself again. The atmosphere in the monastery, the silence and the clear daily routine helped me to switch off completely - both mentally and physically. It was exactly what I needed to recharge my batteries. Coach very friendly. Knows what he's talking about. Too many hikes for beginners. 1x 3 hours at a stretch. 1x 1 hour. Too many participants 16 at a time. Too little involvement of the participants in the workshop. Was more of a monologue. Too tightly timed. Exercises were very good. Excellent food in the monastery. Area very beautiful.

A really great seminar! Peter's warm and cheerful, but also welcoming and wise manner makes it easy for both men and women to open up to the content, find themselves and then connect with his energy in the here and now.
