About our yoga teacher Daniela Parijata:
Daniela - 46 years old and a mother of two - is a jack of all trades - or as they say today, a scanner personality. She has many interests and is very lucky to be able to live her passions.
She started working with people as a dance teacher 20 years ago. As she was already interested in the interplay between body, mind and soul as a child, it was a logical consequence that she began training in yoga, meditation and spiritual and humanistic therapy in 2014. She loves to inspire people and give them the space for their own experience.
She teaches Hatha, Yin, Hatha Flow and Kundalini Yoga. During the stay there is a balanced mix on the program, which also includes space for reflection, introspection and integration.
