Camp Breakout is Germany’s first summer camp for adults (21+) offering a digital detox. Our beautiful forest camp by the lake has been around since 2015. We offer group accommodations in cozy cabins, delicious and nutritious all-day meals, and plenty of space to let off steam, relax, and explore the camp grounds.
Our camp is an adventure playground in the heart of nature. Here, you can battle it out with like-minded people in wild team rallies, start a water balloon fight, or burn off energy playing Brennball or dodgeball. Make friendship bracelets, play a round of Ludo, or just chill out in a hammock. Enjoy the simple things in life with friends in nature, let loose, and just have some wild fun. Free from pressures and without having to be constantly available—just like when you were a kid.

🌿 Schedule
Day 1 – Arrival & Letting Go
You arrive, gradually leave your daily routine behind, and get to know the others.
No pressure, no big program—just settle in, take a deep breath, and be present.
In the evening, we’ll gather together for the first time:
campfire, conversations, a sense of “I’m exactly where I need to be.”
Day 2 – Settling In & Coming Alive
The first full day is all about experiencing.
We’re out and about, playing, moving, and getting active.
The first genuine connections form—effortlessly, naturally, without expectations.
In between, there’s always time for you.
To take a deep breath, go for a walk, or just do nothing.
Day 3 – Going Deeper & Connecting
Now things often get a little more intense—in a good way.
Conversations become more honest, moments more mindful.
We create space for reflection, sharing, and genuine connection.
And at the same time, it stays light:
Laughter, campfires, that sense of community you can’t plan—but suddenly it’s there.
Day 4 – Taking It With You & Returning
The last day is for saying goodbye—but without any heaviness.
We look back together, gather what remains, and take that feeling with us into everyday life.
You’re not just going home.
You’re leaving with new connections, a clearer mind, and the knowledge that:
You can step off autopilot anytime.
