*17:00 - 18:30 | Relaxed Shivananda yoga session - Start the retreat with a mindful yoga session that brings body and mind into harmony
*19:00 | Cozy dinner - End the day with dinner together while you get to know each other better and enjoy your time together.

*08:30 - 11:30 | Leisurely hike to Obernbergersee - Feel the deep connection to nature and experience inner peace during a mindful yoga session by the picturesque lake.
*12:30 - 15:30 | Weaving - Immerse yourself in a creative flow state and experience the joy of the here and now with meditative basket weaving.
*16:00 - 18:00 | Time for the "tuat guat zone" - Immerse yourself in pure relaxation, whether in the soothing warmth of the sauna or with a deeply relaxing massage.
*18:15 - 18:45 | Guided meditation - Relax your body and mind with a guided meditation that leaves you feeling deeply serene.
*19:00 | Cozy dinner - Let the day come to an end and enjoy dinner together.

*08:30 - 09:00 | SOMOS Farewell Ceremony - You are ready to go out into the world again, invigorated and with positive energy. This ceremony helps you to consciously integrate what you have experienced and to continue on your path with an open heart.
