In this summer course, the structure and inner posture of Vipassana is implied as a basis in the quite simply performed asanas (postures). This is how the body begins to form and move itself in Vipassana. This collected posture creates the inner space for a mindful and lovingly conscious presence of the heart. The small and large things that often disturb us during the practice largely stem from the attitudes we have developed towards life, circumstances and people. Light physical exercises from YOGA and active meditations will accompany the course. We will get in touch with our spontaneous and formative feelings and become aware of how these unconsciously have a great influence on our daily lives. You will find very good accommodation in Mondsee. The tourist office will be happy to help you. There are options in almost all categories and we also have very nice campsites. Ask us, we will be happy to give you a few tips on accommodation within walking distance of the ZENraum. Of course you can also sleep at home if you come from the vicinity of Mondsee.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are optional and can be booked additionally. The food is vegetarian and vegan and we pay attention to the nutritional aspect. We are happy to take intolerances into consideration. We are also happy to take any restrictions into consideration. Simply let us know before the start of the course.
We usually start with an active morning meditation and move on to mindful YOGA exercises. Breath observation is an integral part of the exercises. After breakfast, we then delve deeper into body phase constellations with Vipassana in motion, through which we will immerse ourselves in the depths of our love for BEING, through movement and form. Silence sessions that will follow this phase will support the process of immersing ourselves in the inner space of feeling BEing and not being. All practice phases will culminate in an Inquiry. We will approach the multi-layered world of feelings and emotions through dance and movement and thus experience the world of body awareness. Aspects such as SELF-compassion, SELF-love and SELF-awareness play an important role here. Theoretical parts and short lectures will always be a guide through this inner journey. This course can also be recognized as further training and will be confirmed as such by us.
Mondsee is very easy to reach by car and public transport. You can arrive by car either via Munich or Vienna and Linz. Mondsee has its own highway exit. You can travel by train to Salzburg. From there, you can take the Postbus 140 every 30 minutes from the main train station directly to the bus station in Mondsee. From here, many of the accommodations are within walking distance. Salzburg Airport can also be reached by plane from many cities. Here too, it is easy to continue your journey by bus. First take bus no. 2 to the main train station and then continue with the Postbus 140.
